DAL BAATI

This meal has a combination of 3 different items i.e daal, a slightly sweet churma, and a fried bati. The bati’s are typically round bread(made from wheat flour) that is served with ghee, and the same unsalted batis fried with ghee are mixed with sugar and crushed to form churma.

PYAAZ KACHORI

It is a spicy snack that can be found in any local sweet shop all around Rajasthan. It is a type of deep-fried puff pastry that has onions and usually taken along with tamarind chutney.
